You don’t want to waste your time and nor do I.

I am sure we can agree that travel planning may take multiple hours, days, and even weeks to make it just perfect.

While we do charge a travel planning fee, although minimal, it is essential for our valuable time, expertise, global connections and knowledge.

EPIC Silver Plan

Our EPIC Silver Travel Design and Management Plan gives you the most flexibility and choice. Simply choose the desired travel component on a la carte basis.

Airfare (booked with 3rd party):

  • Economy Class – $50 per person
  • Premium Economy – $75 per person
  • Business Class – $100 per person
  • Complex Multi City / Country Itineraries – $150 per person

Hotel / Car / Private Transfer: $50 per reservation

Cruise / Tour: $50 per person per reservation

Packaged All-Inclusive Holiday: $50 per person

EPIC Silver Plan fees are fully non-refundable and tax is additional.

EPIC Gold Plan

Our EPIC Gold Travel Design & Management Plan is perfect for customized holidays & cruises where several travel components are required to build your ideal vacation such as round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, cruise and private transfer.

EPIC Gold Plan: $125 per person

EPIC Gold Plan fee is fully non-refundable and tax is additional.

EPIC Platinum Membership

Our EPIC Platinum Travel Design & Management Membership is the ultimate plan for the most discerning traveller and is based on an annual membership system.

The EPIC Platinum Membership allows the lead traveller to select up to 4 fully customized holidays per year for up to 8 guests per holiday.

Exclusive automatic enrollment into our Virtuoso Wanderlist program is included.

EPIC Platinum Annual Membership: $1500 per couple

EPIC Platinum Membership is fully non-refundable and tax is additional.

Additional Travel Design & Management Fees

Additional Travel Design & Management Fees not included in our EPIC Plans include:

ELV Group Travel Design & Management Fee:

  • $250 one-time fee for up to 12 travellers.
  • $500 one-time fee for up to 24 travellers.
  • $750 one-time fee for up to 36 travellers.
  • $1000 one-time fee for up to 48 travellers.
  • For 48 or more travellers in a designated group, a fee will be determined.

Concierge Service: $50 per person Concierge Service Fee covers our time to reserve your dining reservations, admission to local attractions, theatre tickets, etc. that are not included in your holiday package.

ELV Change Fee: $50 per person (over and above supplier change fee/penalties) after travel has been booked & confirmed. This covers our time to adjust your travel plans.

ELV Cancellation Fee: $100 per person (over and above supplier cancellation fee/penalties). This fee ensures we are compensated for our time in cancelling your travel.

Tax is additional and all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
